Wardsborough Road, Lisburn

Totalis were entrusted by Clanmil Housing Association to complete this project that involved the complete Design & Build of a 4 storey structure. The extent of the works entailed the development of 24 brand new apartments, associated car park works and communal areas.

The needs of the local community were paramount throughout construction and TOTALIS worked closely with neighbouring parties and local representative to ensure their needs were met throughout whilst ensuring that the end product delivered an improvement for the local area.
