Bridgewater Place

Totalis have been appointed to produce an innovative design to maximise the commercial potential of an existing office building.

This Design & Build project involved working with a team of designers to produce a cost effective scheme to include the refurbishment and two storey extension to an existing commercial building.

The completed project will create 40,000 sq ft of Grade A office space including office accommodation communal areas and ground floor retail units.
