A Selected finalist in the forthcoming BCO Award

This project included a comprehensive fitout of the 10th floor office in Belfast. The entire original space underwent a thorough overhaul to accommodate the new office layout. This included a complete electrical installation incorporating custom lighting, intercom system and alarms. The mechanical installation entailed new ventilation, Air Conditioning, Shower rooms, Kitchens, and toilets. Bespoke joinery and fitted furniture were crafted using a blend of contemporary design and traditional craftmanship. Ash screens were utilised to partition office meeting rooms, featuring reeded glass for added elegance.
