Crescent Arts Centre, Belfast

The Crescent Arts Centre was built in 1873 and provides a wide range of arts and cultural activities for communities across the city.

TOTALIS were contracted to complete an ambitious restoration Project which included extensive roofing works, exterior Lime Mortar pointing and also structural repairs throughout the building.

This project was further complicated through the fact that CAR is one of NI’s designated Swift nesting sites with Swift blocks installed throughout. Our team had to factor this in and engage with the relevant authorities to ensure all works were carried out in order to minimize disruption to their migration.
