Fennel Drive, Antrim

TOTALIS were entrusted by Apex Housing Association to undertake the construction of a housing development designed specifically for older people. The development consisted of 10 purpose built bungalows designed and carefully constructed to meet the needs of the Government Programme - ‘Housing for All’.

Fennel Drive has been designed for active older people within close proximity to Antrim town centre. Building work started in April 2018 and was completed in under 12 months.
